Guest Reviews & Ratings
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely, with a great view of the baseball field, individual climate control, room darkening drapes, Keurig coffee service, and a desk with a charging station. They were clean, well-furnished, and appointed, overlooking the ball field. The service was exceptional, with the staff meeting us at the door due to the packed parking lot and being outstanding in courtesy and efficiency, especially on a freezing night helping us to-and-from the SNHU Arena. The location was convenient, with easy access to grocery stores and the downtown scene. The dining experience was surprisingly pleasant, and I was thrilled to be able to listen to the game on the radio in my room. Overall, a great value for the money.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the bright side, my father absolutely loved the rooms, especially the view of the baseball field which was pretty cool. The staff was truly amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay special. However, the room wasn't ready until well after check-in time, which was a downside, and the noise from the field lasted until 11 pm.
The hotel was a mixed experience with some positives like friendly service and a convenient location near downtown Manchester, but the rooms showed signs of age and lacked fresh air. The dining options were varied, but there were some issues with listening to the game on the radio. The facilities were decent, but there were concerns about overlooking the local baseball stadium and potential theft.
